Sarawak : 2-7 business days
Sabah : 4-7 business days
West Malaysia : 6-7 business days

Free delivery for order RM50.00 and above within Kuching city (7-mile radius).
Delivery charges are RM5.00 flat rate for within Kuching city (7-mile radius) for order below RM50.00.
Delivery charges are RM8.00 flat rate for beyond 7-mile radius for all orders.
East Malaysia (except Kuching, Sarawak)
Delivery charges are RM15.00 flat rate for any East Malaysia order.
Delivery fee based on product weight.
Note: When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to an office/work address rather than a residential address (if no one will be at home), as our courier service only deliver between 9.00am until 5.00pm during business days, and will require a signature on receipt.

Please forward/share your bank transfer payment slip/receipt (ATM/CDM/IBG) or send via screenshot to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org as payment confirmation to avoid your order being cancelled.
Order refund will only be applicable for below circumstances:
- Product is discontinued or out-of-stock.
- Product failed to be delivered by courier partner.
- Product is damaged or wrong product delivered. Photo and/or video of damaged or wrong product will need to be provided for refund processing.
- For Pre-Order Product(s), refund is not applicable.
For payment by Boost or SarawakPay, GrabPay or Bank Transfer, we will process the refund via bank transfer to the Buyer. Therefore, the Buyer will need to provide us with his/her bank details.
There is an estimated 7 to 14 business days for us to process the full refund. Once refund is completed, a snapshot or copy of the bank transfer slip/receipt will be forwarded to the Buyer.
For Return Policy, under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any Products that are purchased, regardless if the Products have been picked-up, opened or unopened in part or whole. For Products purchased that is verified and agreed by the website where the defective or faulty Products are a result caused by external factors (for example during delivery process), Buyer will be entitled to exchange for the same Products (subject to stock availability).
Request for refund or exchange for any Products purchased must be notified to us within 2 business days upon Products received with relevant photo or video evidence. We shall not entertain any further disputes after 2 business days from the received date.
